Special Agent William Fox Mulder was born in Chilmark, Massachusetts (population: 650) on 13th October, 1961. His parents were U.S. State Department worker Bill Mulder and his wife, Teena. Or at least that's what everyone thought - until it was revealed that naughty Mrs. M had had an affair with a certain C.G.B. Spender around 1961, and it turns out that the infamous ‘Cigarette Smoking Man’ is, in fact, Fox’s biological father.
