Favourite Virgin1 shows:
The Unit: A fantastic and intelligently written series. Hardly surprising when it was created and written by David Mamet (The Untouchables, Ronin and Oleanna a stage play which is brilliant).

Chuck: Great escapism with a brilliant cast. It’s just fun and funny.

Enterprise: When the Xindy attacked Earth Archer didn’t take any crap and hunted them down! Love Enterprise, love T’Pol and I even loved the theme tune (the first version in series 1 the second was a bit lame)

Funniest continuity story:
I sometimes ride my bike to the studios. One night it looked like it was going to rain so I tried to get a head start on my clocking off time by changing into my cycle gear before my last couple of links. It was coming out of Sexcetera at 11 and going into another Sexcetera at 12. So I’m sat there in just my pants and socks coming out of Sexcetera and was going to put my cycle shorts straight after, however about 30 seconds before going to air a cleaner came into the booth! No time to explain I just smiled and pointed to the mic....she left looking a little bemused.

What’s the best link you’ve ever written/voiced?
Criminal Minds: “He’s the fire starter the twisted fire starter and it’s up to the Criminal Minds team to stop him arson about at 10!”

The L Word: “What do you do when you find your girlfriend in bed with another woman? I know what I’d do but unfortunately Tim’s not quite so forgiving...or adventurous!”

Captain Picard or Captain Janeway?
This is like asking if you prefer cool or sexy... in space it’s gotta be cool so Picard pips it.

Purdy or Harriet Makepeace?
One of the toughest calls ever but I’ll go with Purdy on this one.

Time travel or space travel?
Time travel...there’s a few conspiracy theories I’d like to bust wide open!

Live continuity or recorded?
Live every time. That’s why we are out there on the edge!

Casey or Chuck?
Casey. He’s ace.

T’Pol or Seven of Nine
NOOOOOO don’t do this to me! T’pol...NO! Seven of Nine...NO! T’Pol,..NO! Seven of Nine...NO! I could go on forever but if you put a gun to my head and threatened my boxer dog then its T’Pol.
